The property was very neat & clean, including the stairs which are often neglected a bit. Attendance and service was pleasant. My one and only suggestion is to turn on the fridge a bit earlier so when your guest arrive it is cold enough. I highly recommend this property.

we were staying in town for a concert. i picked this hotel for the price and location, easy walking distance to and from the T station, very quick check in which was great as we were running behind ! clean and quiet room and local deliveries for the late night snacks!

I have 2 complaints, which were lack of parking (except valet), and the lights automatically turning off in the bathroom before i was done showering. The lights really bothered me. It was pitch black in there and a huge safety concern.

Lucretia was very helpful. Everyone else all were pretty muted. I love a good smile. Didn’t see any others with one. My towel had hair on it and there was some kind of dead bug in my shower. If there was a hairdryer, I couldn’t find it. It was just all OK. Provably won’t return.

Very decent place to stay

The only complaint is that the $200 deposit seems too high, that breakfast isn't included, and that parking is extra. Otherwise, a very good hotel. Good location.

Fantastic location - super short walk to get to the green line and just three stops from Kenmore (we were there for a Red Sox game). My kids enjoyed the pool, and the restaurant was very kind to allow us to take our breakfast to go on our check-out morning. They also went the extra mile by letting us check-in at noon, as we were driving from a significant distance, and it was difficult to predict the timing of our arrival on the 4th of July weekend. We highly recommend!

The property was fine, view of the city. Parking was problematic as it comes with a nightly valet fee. You can park off property at a pay to park area. I chose valet because I had to.
