I wish I would have gotten their names but we had a few guys that were rude! There was a waiter that told a little boy in front of us if “he didn’t know how to read or why did he have his hands on the counter” I think there was a better way that could’ve been said. We also had someone from room service tell us we need to pay attention better just because when he came we were in our friends room 2 doors down but we were outside the door waiting for room service. I also wish the would update the info on the room service. You are only allowed to order food to your room once a day. I do want to say check in was great. The waiter that we got for dinner buffet was the best I do want to mention that! I wish I would have gotten his name.

I like my room, the service, the food was ok not excellent, only 3 restaurants were open. At first I wasn’t happy with my room location and there were 2 full size beds in the room. But fortunately the person in charge that day was able to change me to a better location with an ocean like I requested when I booked the trip. I ate the drinks that they served, pure sugar and sparkling water and dye.

The resort is nice. It’s starting to show it’s age. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Our Deluxe ocean view room was on the ground floor so you had to look over a fence to see the ocean. The biggest problem was NO A/C in the entire facility including rooms. Only fans on the a/c. Our room stayed at 76 degrees. Even the restaurants had no a/c except for one. This was our second and sadly last stay at this resort.
