A/C had issues all over the complex. Pool was gritty and dirty. Several roof leaks been by caught by buckets right next to food stations. Bars had unsanitary processes and conditions. Several of our party had internal issues. My wife got food poisoning on the last day. Cracked glasses, hair in the drinks, hair on the room and bathroom floors that did not belong to us. Facilities are old and not maintained properly. Food was ok at best. Wish I could give it a better rating. I will not visit again.

We have spent the last several years at this Hard Rock Cancun resort and we love it. It is near the airport, clean, friendly staff, and beautiful pools and beach. They really try to have many varieties of food to suit all palates. The only complaint is I wish they had more to do in the evening-a dancing club would be nice.
