You could smell smoke throughout the hole hotel and we were on the 32nd floor. All the towels were dingy. The bed was comfortable. The resort is very dated.

"There was a lot of confusion with late check out and my room cards were deactivated. Also I was overcharged when I arrived, a no show fee was charged, our flight was delayed. When I questioned it I was told it was a standard hotel fee, but the hotel fees were also charged. I had to ask several times, finally an employee checked my account and saw issue and fixed it."
