Clean but a bit worn in this unit. The negative hype about the ICE condos did not seem to be a reality during our stay. Helpful host. Would have given 5 stars if the unit had had a refresh.

Cramped and needs repairs.

The balcony door was very difficult to open and I scratched myself a few times. Worst part is it doesn’t completely close, so the kids and I were a bit chilly at night. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is barely hanging on, I kept telling my kids to be very gentle with it, as I don’t want to be blamed for the condition it was in. Other than that, it was ok. Very cramped once you open the sofa bed.

Communication was great. They allowed us to drop our luggage off earlier than the 4 pm check in which was very much appreciated. It’s so close to the CN tower, aquarium, Rogers place and Scotiabank arena. Would def recommend it for those coming into the city for those. The only thing was that we couldn’t figure out the tv but that could be user error. Thank you for the great communication.

We were just there one night but I found everything to be convenient, clean. It would have been improved if there had been hooks for the towels in the bathroom and a holder for the toilet paper. Neither of those things were present and it was a bit inconvenient.

This was a great place to stay for attending a hockey game. It is also close to other arenas and stadiums. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

For its convenience, this property is 5/5. Completely walkable, close to everything and close to sites, Roger's Centre, and CN tower. Communication was great and staff very helpful. But, this property is in desparate need of maintenance and repairs. There was no stopper in the sink or bathrub, so i couldnt have a bath. I turned the oven on and smoke filled the unit causing the alarm to go off (either from the cleaner they used or sonething left in the oven). Garbage chute was out of order, the toilet paper holder was missing, so i had to look for toilet paper, no towel racks, and the toilet seat was extremely loose and moved all over the place. The balcony door lock wasn't functional. The cleaning also left something to be desired. Would I stay again? Yes. The price for the location cant be beat, but in no way are these "luxury apartments" (thats what i booked according to the site). If you need to be close to Union Station, Roger's Centre or just in the middle of things, it is still good value.
