The room was excellent except that the blinds did not go all the way down and they did not block the light out very well, which would have been fine if the bed wasn't right beside the windows.

The building is nice and the apartment was ok but definitely felt a lack of comfort. No facecloths, no dishes. Bathroom light didn’t work. It had a few pots and pan’s but not really any cooking utensils. Everything felt very basic and no real thought put into it.

Very clean, excellent location, a very comfortable bed, within walking distance of Scotiabank Centre, close to Billy Bishop airport, had everything we needed. The best part? The AMAZING view of the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre, and Lake Ontario.

I stayed at RivetStays for a short getaway and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth once I received the instructions, and the Keycafe system made it easy to access the unit. The suite was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook my own meals. The location is amazing — right downtown and close to everything. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. I’d stay here again!

The check in was slightly stressful as the instructions did not include parking. Once in the room we noticed the bedding had not been change and was in fact in the dryer of the unit. The agent was contacted, and I was instructed to just change them. There was hair and stains all over the mattress and cover. Upon leaving the unit to go to dinner, myself and my partner were stuff on the 35th floor elevator. We were stuck for over an hour , before being rescued by fire fighters. The building staff were it helpful when dealing with the elevator incident.

Check in was not what i expected. You received an email with instructions for a key, there was no key in the box, had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to the property and their key didn’t work. They put me in a different room which was a downgrade from my 22nd floor to the third floor high level to the Grenadier hwy on ramp. Expedia nor the property offered nothing for this frustration. Not what was expected after flying across the country and been up since 3 AM.

An overall amazing experience. The apartment was spotless, well furnished, very comfortable, and the most amazing views of Toronto. The staff were also fantastic; very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
