Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. We had a room overlooking the hot tub area. Our blinds were nice and thick to maintain privacy while in the room. My only complaint was no water bottles in the room. The tap water was quite salty and not ideal for drinking. Went to the vending machine and it was completely empty for every beverage, so assuming others also experienced the same thing. Lots of towels available in the hot tub area! Beautiful view. Wish we had the option of paying more for a higher level room for the mountain view (which we were already payng extra for) as the first level which we stayed on had a partially obstructed view of the mountains by the hut over the fireplace.

This is our first stay since the renovations. Wow. What a difference. Updated and modern, spacious rooms, amazing views. Also brought our pup and they gave us a toy and a treat for him and the room came with a dog bed, poop bags and a water dish. Thank you! We all enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was lovely. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bedding and beds were comfortable with a nice balcony. The hot pools were fabulous. We had a great dinner down stairs on the patio at Suddenly Sally’s. the front desk staff were very friendly and informative and you can get a free bus pass which stops right out front. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
