We enjoy everything at canoe hotel. The staff who greeted us who was really nice and funny to talk to. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The only downside that we didn’t like was the coffee maker. All in all this hotel is spectacular.

Very comfortable room with an amazing view; nice kitchenette, appreciated the coffee and tea offerings. The coffee shop was wonderful; would have enjoyed more menu choices in the restaurant. Sadly can't recommend the beef stroganoff, it was truly awful; but all other meals were fine. We loved the location, as we got a good walk in each day to the downtown area and Bow River Trail, and a Roam bus stop is across the street. Every associate was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable from the moment we walked into the lobby, to when we had breakfast the morning before checking out. The plants all around that gave a homey feel, the cleanliness of whole property was so nice to see. Having Fresh coffee in the morning, a heated pool just down the hall was what I picture luxury. This was a real vacation, with amazing food, company and environment.

This was an amazing stay! Clean, nice staff, and restaurant was a 10. We had a car but the free bus rides into town was very nice accommodation. Our room was spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. I will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Canoe & Suites! The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent, especially the relaxing pool with a wonderful view of the Mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great facilities.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms. Hot tub/Sauna exceptional with views. Stayed here just for the hot tub. Location is great, Banff is small, not being right in the center of downtown was no issue and a better choice. Very pleased with the stay. The restaurant is not to be mistaken for a quick hotel stop, the food/breakfast is great and worth it.
