Staff were courteous and welcoming. The grounds were gorgeous and spotless. Our room was spacious and the views spectacular. Loved the hot pools. The in room coffee experience was lovely, as was the cafe downstairs in the lobby. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in town for a girls trip and couldn’t have picked a better place to rest, relax and leave feeling so refreshed. The property was beautiful, the staff were amazing and we were blown away by all the special little touches that went above and beyond to make our time even more comfortable. We’re already planning our next trip back to stay a bit longer.

We really enjoyed staying at this brand new hotel, the hot tub had an absolutely amazing Mountain View and all of the amenities were well taken care of and clean. The sauna with the Mountain View is also fantastic. The restaurant said and Sally had really good food. Everything we tried was amazing and we have come back before even when we’re not staying at the hotel. Prices are great, service was great and lots of nice little touches like treats for pets and an overall nice hotel vibe. Will definitely be back!

Love the place. We have stayed here years ago but when it was still the inns of banff and it’s a lot better. Have stayed with a lot of different hotels in banff and i must say it is the best and family agreed! Desk staff are nice and friendly too!
