The views from our hotel room were phenomenal and very clean. What sets this hotel apart from others is the concierge service that helped us arrange local transportation and ski resort bookings. They've went above and beyond to make sure our ski trip was phenomenal and without delay by staying on top at a moment's call. Would stay here in Banff again!

Although the hotel is older, the view, services and overall experience was phenomenal. We enjoyed all of the restaurants, access to the town by both driving and taking the hotel’s shuttle. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. We would stay there again.

Was a perfect stay, untill air canada changed my flight and I had a hassle checking out with absurd early checkout fees. Which were waved, how ever I feel I should not have been charged them at all.
