They was lizard in our room that we couldn’t sleep at night. The food was disgustin and limited for people who doesn’t eat pork. We had to change the hotel for the rest of our vacation me and my wife. I demand a reimbursement of the stay at All Ritmo resort. The pictures we saw on the Expedia website was not the same when you see in reality. Mediocre

Prior booking check Google reviews. My stay at Hotel All Ritmo was deeply disappointing. Despite some initial attempts to address concerns (like minibar stocking), the experience was far below expectations. The advertised dining options were misleading, with limited availability and repetitive, low-quality food. No 5 restaurants, only 1 functional buffet (with repetitive food) the Gondola(Italian) is the snack bar (limited snacks and at night only sandwiches and salad. After 10/11 no longer service). The snack bar at the water park is the same limited snacks (i.e.burgers, fries) and the Ostras is the only good option but limited seating, and some evenings not available. Accessibility was a major problem, with no elevator and inadequate ramp access, leading to difficulties and injuries. Many advertised amenities were lacking, including reliable internet, a functional hot tub, and the promised variety in dining. The water park had closures, and the hotel's overall condition was poor(patio siting limited and damage, the pool and building with broken pieces), with damaged facilities and watered-down drinks. I strongly advise against staying here.

We recently stayed at ALL RITMO for 4 days and as many reviews say the food is very limited to say the least. The resort is an older resort but still has a lot to offer. Our room was clean and the AC was always cold and hot water was great in shower. The beach was clean daily and the BAR and staff were great!!We reccomend the $20 upgrade on drinks here but would go off site for all food options. We won't return mainly because the food just was not there for us the rest of the resort was ea expected older location but still we had a relaxing trip

The pictures for this hotel seem dated as the condition was much worse than expected. There is no Wifi in your rooms (only in the lobby). The food was ok, but my biggest complaint was the poor attitude of many workers. I found that about 1/3 of the staff were not very friendly at all. The play park was a bit sketchy with rust and the mini golf was not even open. Overall i would not pick this again.

The food options seemed to be the same meals repeatedly, not much of a variety. The bar wasn't equipped for basic drinks, ran out of tequila a few times in my 10 day stay. Limited chairs in the lounge area by the pool.

The price of our vacation was very good!! But you get what you pay for!! Check in was quick. We had adjoining rooms with friends. There bathroom was smaller with tub. Ours had a nice walk in shower. Our safe was very very old and did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in it so we used theirs. Housekeeping was excellent!! The fridge is stocked with water only. Gift shop has lots of items! The “water park” is nice & clean and kids seemed to have fun. There are no chairs on the beach!! There is no wait staff at the pool area!! You need to pay 20$ extra per day to get top shelf liquor (Bacardi, absolute etc) This is the first resort where the bartenders do not remember your name or what you are drinking. Snack bar food was good. reservations are required at Osters and food was very good as was the every other night of Mexican or Italian. Buffet was not good lacking variety and taste. Activity staff are fun and friendly. Overall we had a good vacation! Will we return? No. Will we recommend? No! 🇲🇽🏝️☀️🍹

I enjoyed the true Mexican experience. The property was very authentic. It’s isn’t brand new and overly fancy. The staff are all very polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

The service in this place is the only good thing about this place, everything else is just terrible. The food here is not tasty at all. Their tacos taste very weird, it taste like dry chicken with soap. Their wifi is terrible, it keeps disconnecting every 20 minutes and it runs very slow. Their waterpark is badically just meant for little kids. Theres barerly any activitys for the adults and the rooms are very old. The beds are not as comfortable as they look and the air conditioner is so loud that we have to turn it off when we sleep. I would rate this hotel a 2/5 and for the price that they charge you is definitely not worth it.
