⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 out of 5 This is a budget all-inclusive resort and is worth every penny. The rooms are extremely clean, although the bathrooms are a bit small. One of the best features is that every room appears to have an ocean view, which is a huge plus for a resort in this price range. The food is good, not great, but acceptable for a budget all-inclusive. What truly stands out is the staff. Everyone — from the front desk and bellhops to housekeeping, waitstaff, bartenders, and security — was outstanding and very welcoming. I traveled solo and stayed for six nights. I had stayed here over 30 years ago and returned for nostalgia. I honestly enjoyed it even more this time and would definitely stay again.

The room was decent and the staff pleasant , however this is not a resort, it is a hotel! The food is cafeteria food, tasteless, terrible and it looks like old food! The beach is dirty, full of allgies , and trash, you can not swim in it. I booked my stay for a week with the intent to stay indoors in the supposedly resort as Expedia has listed! I couldn’t !!!! I will be dealing with Expedia for false advertising !

We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It is right by the beach. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals. A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time

My room was very clean and staff was amazing. The noice was awful the next door people were very rude, loud and slamming doors at 2 am or yelling through the hallways. I had an issue with an employee at the food place. He was so annoyed when I requested a plain cheeseburger for my son who has lots of food texture issues. Some of the staff were very friendly, others were standoffish, not sure if that was due to language. The hair dryers didn't work. The safes were broken, we got a letter saying that they weren't responsible for our valuables if they're out of the safe. But in the end nothing got stolen, the housekeeping staff were very nice. Hotel was quite run down. Food was ok. Air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable. Really good price. They charged us $21 per day to use the fridge, plus some other fees that were smaller. Not perfect but good for what we needed.
