Room was comfortable, great ocean view, friendly and attentive staff, and the culinary concierge made our trip extra special with focused attention on our dietary restrictions. Beaches and pools were fun, there was a special pool and play area for the kids which was very useful for our family, and the food was very nice. Good variety of options for planing out meals within the resort.

Our room overlooked the dolphin pool and a view of the resort pools. The room was nice but needed some minor maintenance. The AC works well if you leave the patio door closed. We had a great time and there was always something to do or eat. The staff was excellent! I want a fan of the aggressiveness the outside vendors pushing good over night were. The wedding meal we had was by far the best meal of the trip. The staff made the night special for my sister.

We had to move rooms twice due to unbearable smell. We moved from an oceanfront regular room to the turqoize tower level 11 room. Paid an additional fee for an upgrade only to have the stay ruined by an overbearing toxic acetone and paint smell from the room down the hall being maintenenced. Due to my asthma we had to move a second time to a room on the second floor. Overalls facility and property is dated especially for the price paid.
