This property is gorgeous. I have stayed at three other all inclusives, and this has been our favorite so far. The grounds are beautiful. Staff is awesome and nightly entertainment is good. They have a nightclub that is opened every night if you are wanting to stay up later after the other shows/ festivities end ! Would def stay again.

Ocean view was nice, however we waited 2.5 hours to check in and were told our room would be ready in 30 minutes due to it being cleaned. Upon arriving in our room we noticed certain areas hadn’t been cleaned. There was the previous guest long black hair on shower glass door and shower wall.

We just returned from a romantic getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Martin welcomed us with such kindness and efficiency at check-in, setting the tone for the entire trip. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking. The pools are sparkling and beautifully laid out, and our swim-up room in the adults-only tower was perfect for a romantic escape. We loved being able to step right out into the pool and enjoy peaceful moments together with stunning ocean views. The beach is picture-perfect, with soft sand and turquoise water that felt like paradise. What really made our stay so special were the people. Omer, our butler, went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect—his thoughtful touches made it feel so personal. Hervik, who looked after us at the pool cabana, was outstanding—always attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Uriel, poolside, and the bartender kept the atmosphere lively and fun while still making us feel cared for. We also appreciated the managers, who were visible, approachable, and clearly committed to creating an excellent guest experience. The restaurants were fantastic as well—every meal was delicious, with so many choices to fit our moods, whether we wanted a romantic dinner or a casual bite.
