AMAZING, Clean, Friendly, Helpful

Eduardo was a fabulous host. From the beginning, he gave clear instructions for access to the property. He was available very promptly by text communication. He cares about the families who stay at his property and always wants to ensure maximum satisfaction. The property was large and great space for my family of 5, which includes three kids, ages 7 and under. Location is close to many grocery stores and gas stations. We rented a vehicle and drove ourselves around locally. Eduardo accommodated both visitor parking and private parking for our vehicle. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!!

Not as advertised

The picture of the outside of the building must have been taken a long time ago, but it does not look like that now. The air quality in the apartment was *very* poor. It smelled musty, and after 6 days, that smell did not dissipate at all. There were a lot of (empty/used) air fresheners in the apartment as well as several moisture absorbers. Rusty taps, no hot water in kitchen, dirty kitchen sink, drain tray, stained towels/cutting boards, A/C in bedrooms only. Ad misleading (not luxurious). I did not feel safe in this unit.

"Get what you pay for"

I did not want to give a Yes or No to the Vrbo question Did you enjoy your stay? However those were the only options so I said yes but would give a soft *** as a rating. Property description "Luxurious" is not how we would describe this property, the pictures are deceiving and definitely has not recently been renovated. Driving up to the property was kind of a shock initially and it's probably the reason you see only one photo of the exterior which was probably taken some years ago because it has aged unfavorably and significantly. Entering the building was the second unfavorable impression. Thankfully entering the apartment was an improvement. It was very clean and quite well kept. The kitchen was serviceable with most everything however the pots and pans should have been replaced some years ago. They are old Tfal that is peeling or completely peeled off and a health hazard to cook with. Some of the dishes were cracked. I washed everything before using. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and some of the cushions arein desperate need of being replaced. There is a very small T.V. with only Netflix or Youtube. The beds were okay. More towels for kitchen and bathrooms should be supplied. Thank goodness for the air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans otherwise the heat would have been unbearable. There were two very small balconies that are not big enough to sit out on and no chairs supplied either, no outside space at all to go to. Location is great as far as grocery stores and shopping and we never felt it was an unsafe area even though the front of the building would suggest otherwise with the high steel fence and locked entry gate. Eduardo was very helpful when we had questions and accommodating allowing us to check in and out a couple hours from the allotted time. When we first arrived there was no hot water, when we told him he came over and lite the hot water tank as soon as he could.

Excelente safe modern home!!

it is a very nice home lots of room has everything that you need to live it’s pretty much a perfect house for your vacation getaway it’s very safe very quiet right across the street you have restaurants in a big supermarket you could take a bus into town we had mopeds that we were able to park and not worry about them at all any questions that I had my host answered them right away and gave me lots of information for everything that I needed it was a five star stay for sure I encourage you to book this you’ll like it the rooms have really nice cold air conditioning the beds are nice and comfortable and there’s plenty of room for people to sleep out in the living room as they have two couches that can be turned into beds also !!

Home away from Home

The host, Eduardo, communicated with us every step of the process. His guidance and instructions were very clear and thorough. The place is very modern, comfortable and clean. We felt like we were in a super safe area, and had everything we needed in the vicinity, from Supermarkets, Malls and Bus Stops.

Nice place driving distance from Cancun downtown and Hotel Zone

The host Eduardo was wonderful to engage with. He was helpful when I had questions. Went out of his way to provide us drinking water for a week. Also came to pick us from the airport (cost $60 USD). The place is conveniently located to Sorinna (a local supermarket). Also a good place to work from home. If you want to live by the beach and where the action is then this won’t be a good location otherwise for some quiet time it’s convenient. The condo comes with most of the needed amenities.

Perfecto

During my Vacation in Cancun I stayed downtown near everything I’d need and want. Eduardo the Vrbo Host was by far the best! Anything questions you need he answers. The Apartment was spectacular, I didn’t want to leave. And didn’t want to give this review so I’d have the place again haha. 1st time using Vrbo and it won’t be the last! Secure, quiet, truly home away from home location!

Quiet, great location near supermarket, large outlet mall, cold air conditioner in each bedroom, full kitchen, bath and beach towels provided. The owner is available by call/ text and responds within seconds; helped us locate a reliable pre-travel return home covid testing facility. Very secure, entry into condo has (3) locked gates, doors; and car can be inside gated parking if desired. Excellent, clean, quiet, secure, condo; a truely home away from home location.

Trip to Cancun

This was a really nice property. There was a shopping center right across the street which also had the type of ATM that I needed to draw cash. A major bus stop was one block away as well and I used it to travel to and from the Hotel Zone. My landlord also picked me up at the airport and returned me to the airport for a reasonable fee. My landlord also went out of his way to show me around the neighborhood and assisted me with everything. He was a phone call away.

too expensive for what we got

very noisy trafic , the pots and pan were not the best no place except a small balcony for two to take fresh air. the surroundings was dirty no place to sit outside. add a t.v. but not connected. plus one of the sofa broke and was not replace. we add water coming from the base of the wall in the bathroom and no drinkable water

If you’re looking for a clean, modern, safe condo in the heart of Cancun... This is the place! Eduardo is more then hospitable. I’ve stayed in Cancun a lot but after my first visit, Eduardo’s is always going to be my first search. Very accommodating, very clean, and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay while on vacation or business. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who is travelling.
