The room was very clean and in good condition. No need for the complementary (?!) earplugs as the room was very quiet and the bedding very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee & breakfast at the Felix - highly recommend.

Hotel was nice and in a great location. Only down side is that there was no hot water during our stay (luke warm at best, cold at its worst). Staff was friendly, complementary coffee was a nice perk. I would stay here again (especially if they fix the water issue!).

We loved the hotel From the moment we arrived we were met at the door and our bags handled. Easy check in. Room was a nice size and very clean. The products were nice, coffee pot convenient and water appreciated. The lounge was fantastic we ate there a few times and everything was great; food, drinks and service! We really enjoyed our stay!
