The hotel is dirty and tired. Elevator’s are filthy and the carpets throughout the property are years past the best before date. Staff were pleasant and helpful. You should take this property off your list.
Everything was absolutely amazing . It was very clean as you expect things should be and the staff were all incredibly helpful and polite . My reservation on my next trip to that area is a given . Thanks and see you next time !!

The hotel was under renovations and we did not know this when booking. We really wanted a hotel with a pool for our mini vacation but it was under renovation when we arrived. EXPEDIA did not show renovations were in progess- we would have booked a different location.
The staff were as nice a can be.
Room was nice.
I was charged $100. extra on my credit card and can not reach anyone to address this.
No amenities for the kitchen. No dish soap, towels, dish clothes. Housekeeping only cleaned one area. Did not make beds of clean bathroom. Basically only took the garbage out.
At the front desk I was told that she would give me points on my IHG rewards for the inconvenience ... and she DID NOT.

Overall, our experience was positive but there were some annoying hurdles with staff and room details that are the reason for my rating. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so the pool was closed. No big deal.
Staff at check in was great. We walked in our room and were very impressed by the size and layout. Super functional. But we could smell something kind of musty. After our first night, i opened the curtains in the morning to discover the ceiling and wall behind the curtains were covered in mould. There was also a bit of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.
I forgot two shirts in the closet and called the same night we left to see if they had them. We were already out of the area. Front desk confirmed and we arranged that I would have a family member pick them up two days later. I confirmed the specific date they would be by.
When they showed up to pick up the shirts, they were told that the maintenance office was locked and the only person with a key wouldn’t be in until the following week. They specified which day to come back, but when it came the office was still locked. So, they had to come back a third time.
It seems ridiculous to me that they would lock a guests belongings up for several days and that no one had a key to the maintenance office to get them. Especially after confirming the specific days for pickup.
Overall, our experience was fine. The free breakfast was a bonus and the hotel was conveniently located for what we needed.
