"The staff couldn't have been nicer. Some of them knew us by name by the second day. Experience Team at the rec pool made the trip worth it. Must try all the dining options, but Japanese was my favorite. Only downside was the red sea weed, which was out of their control. Loved it! "

Umbertto, Ramses, and Luna were so much fun and led great pool activites....the nightly shows were fantastic. We always sat in Alberto's section in the buffet, he always had our usual drinks at the ready and shared some great laughs with us as we tried (and failed many times) to learn more Spanish. There will always be room for improvement at any establishment, but if the staff can make you forget about minor inconveniences and keep you smiling, its worth the trip every time. "
