This is a great hotel for New York. The rooms are small as to be expected, and the price tag way overboard, again, to be expected. But the rooms were clean, they did daily housekeeping, and they had some great perks. They serve free wine from 4-5pm and they have cookies in the lobby about that same time until they’re gone. The breakfast was wonderful. They kept everything stocked and had a variety of warm and cold options. They had different fruit each day. Overall, the only complaint is the price. I would normally pay that price at a 4 star hotel.

The hotel staff was very helpful from when we got there till the end! We didn't get the chance to get breakfast, but just from the smell, it smelled good. Including the housekeeping, they made sure the clean the room, but also left our stuff alone, which made the stay feel safe. Overall, the staff and hotel were very good, definitely would stay again!

The staff here is super nice. I had to request for a late-checkout and they graciously accepted the request. Moreover, the location is perfect for an NYC tour, walkable to prime spots like the Empire State, the Edge, the Flatiron building, etc.

Everything is noisy about this place. All the doors slam. People get in a 12a-2p and make noise, walls are thin, rooms are right near main lobby of hotel and then everyone makes noise from 4a-6a as they leave. Hotel staff doesn't fix doors, it's pretty run down. Find a quieter hotel
