I booked the stay with a full kitchen the host said they would fix my booking at check in yeah theu charged me $198 for a kitchen upgrade but my reservation said i paid for it already . the kitchen didnt come completely equipped and the dishwasher was broken

Check in was difficult as they didn't have any of my info and the young gentleman was very confused.

The property is great, no issues. The pool people should not take your towels while you are swimming, no consistency in the staff on rules
