"Parking was made more difficult as 2 buses blocked the entrance when we arrived. They were picking up conference attendees, but a number of cars were blocked from the main entrance. Despite the fact our room was not made up upon our arrival at 5:00pm, the reception staff were quick to get us an alternate room & gave us a voucher for breakfast. The hall carpets were a bit worn in places , but rooms were huge & clean, the mattress was soft & the towels plush. All in all, a nice stay."

"Mae was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. She truly made the difference by ensuring everything went smoothly during our daughter’s graduation celebration, which meant so much to our family. Her friendly attitude and exceptional customer service made our experience memorable. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the washroom layout, but Mae’s outstanding hospitality more than made up for it. Thank you, Mae, for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"I was told over the phone that the property was fully accessible and it was NOT. There were stairs from the parking lot to the hotel. (there was a VERY INCONVENIENT ramp.) The toilet was the very lowest I have seen. There was no bar so I could not get off without my husbands help."

"Absolutely beautiful property. I stay here often. The front desk staff are friendly while staying professional. The restaurant is rather understaffed on a regular basis, so I would recommend never being in a hurry, but the food is always exceptional. The property is very scenic and relaxing, which is appreciated when we have to travel so often to London for medical appointments, and it's only a 6 minute drive to the hospital (St. Joseph's). I feel like the only thing missing is a pool set-up, or some type of spa offering."
