"As reported at checkout there was no soap in the shower, only 1 USB port, a burned out lightbulb in the bathroom and the ice machine on the 9th floor was not working. I've had better experiences at various Comfort Inns."

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto

"Excellent location. Just a few minute walk to the Eatons Centre. Easy access to the underground if coming from Union Station (College and 1 block south). I had a room with a fridge, Metro (grocery store) just 1 block north. Great to have water, juice or a few snacks Clean room. Very comfortable bed. The hotel lobby is constantly busy with people checking in and checking out. The staff remained friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Great service from all staff I met"

"its perfectly located near shuttles or the up train at union station. its rooms are small but clean. the lobby and bar area are very nice. restaurant had good staff and reasonably priced food. lobby can get very busy and my only complaint was that i could not sit at the at the bar on my last night and have a quiet beer due to an event. otherwise its a great place for a short stay or base for exploring Toronto."
