Vous trouverez l’histoire complète avec votre département des plaintes.L’hote n’avait pas envoyé code QR pour accéder à l’emplacement. Un coup entré, le logement sera seulement disponible le 17-01-26.Il nous loge dans petite chambre à senteur d’égout!Le 17 nous avons accès à la bonne location qui ne correspond pas avec les photos sur votre site.Pas de salle de séjour comme sur les photos mais un lit.Un frigo et deux ronds mais pas de table et chaises pour prendre le repas.La pièce est en mauvaise état, store manquant dans la chambre , stuco qui tombe du plafond, interrupteur sorti du mur au dessus de l’évier.Le 17-01-26 j’ai commencé mes démarches avec VRBO pour être remboursé car nous avons quitté pour aller à l’hotel.Le propriétaire n’a jamais répondu à mes demandes et à celles de VRBO pour un remboursement car nous avions quitté.Vous m’avez remis 300 euros mais il me manque encore 900 euros de remboursement que j’espère vous allez honorer.Luc Fortin

I really wanted to stay here, but we arrived after check in time and had never received check in info. The men at the gait weren't able to help. Owner eventually got back to me, but after we already rebooked with a more serious expensive, less quality place We were supposed to check in here at 3, and didn't have accommodations set until after 6. When I found my new accomodations less than adequate, I even tried to text back to say can we still stay at your place, but again no return call. I don't think they follow their VRBO account. Forced to choose a rating, low ratings on things I didn't see, just mean I don't know
