Había sido cliente frecuente durante 5 años consecutivos, pero hubo muchos cambios, según por palabras del mismo personal porque los compro Holiday Inn, la verdad no volveré, las bebidas en el área de alberca se acaban a las 6, el room Service tiene muy pocas opciones, la cantidad de meseros en el área de alberca es muy poca, nos tocó un incidente dónde apareció una caca en la alberca y decidimos salirnos, nos tocó otro incidente de una pareja teniendo sexo en el jacuzzi y decidimos salirnos. De verdad me duele porque era nuestro hotel favorito para venir cada año, el año pasado en agosto hicimos el check out y nos permitieron seguir disfrutando el todo incluido en lo que el taxi venía por nosotros y en esta ocasión todo consumo después del check out era con costo adicional. En fin, el hotel no es malo pero sus nuevas políticas sí.
