"I always like coming to this hotel. It's walking distance from pubs,restos,shops and near parliament and other historical landmarks. This hotel is great if you like having a bigger space to relax and cook your own food and have a nice relaxing time on the balcony. I had another amazing stay here and I'll be back soon."

"Room is spacious, clean, bed is comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside is that too many people at breakfast and not enough seating - was chaotic and this was my 2nd stay here and same issue. Later evening parking not available underground as usually full quickly and parking available in convention center parking lot and no cost. Just make sure you register your car so no surprises. "

"The room was not very clean for a hotel of this price. One area of the carpet was wet, not sure whether it was from a pipe leaking in the floor or something similar. It was 1 °C outside that night, and the room had no heating. The bed had a light comforter, and additional blankets were nowhere to be seen. Overall, very disappointing experience. "

"L)lcArrived after 3pm and were told that room was not ready so could not check in. Was told that hotel was very full and many rooms were still not cleaned. Why are more clean staff not brought in when hotel is full up? We had a 5pm party (not in hotel. Finally got key at 4:15pm. This rush was truly unacceptable! There were many others, some with children, in the same situation. Rosemary Fremeth Age:81 Retired travel consultant"
