This was an excellent hotel based on the location as well as the top notch condition of the room. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything from luggage to recommending awesome places to check out around the city.

"Comfortable and convenient "
Hotel nice. Like to spend night or 2 on our way to and from Canada. Every time, large events have also been there, which is fine, except smoking permitted at hotel entrance. So have to make your way thru 20-30 smokers just to check in. Smoke drifts into lobby. As asthmatic, it made me ill; had to use back entrance, where people also smoke, but there were fewer. Room was nice and clean, but it's hard when I need to use inhaler every time I enter and exit building.

"Excellent Surprise"
Didn't expect this hotel to be so large, have such classy décor, and have such a large and varied restaurant for meals. Great outdoor patio. Walking distance to major Toronto attractions. Reasonable price. Would definitely look to stay there again. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to serve.

"Great Home Away From Home!"
Stayed here last year and was delighted to see Daniel and Ruby behind the desk when I arrived! I was dropped off before noon with my luggage and was surprised and so very happy that they were able to accommodate my check in immediately.... They also upgraded my room to provide a washer/dryer! The renovation I experienced some of last year but the new exterior door and windows made the room soundproof in spite of construction nereby.. For the first time ever a hotel delivered a gift basket to my room! What a wonderful surprise! Certainly makes a guest feel special. The full kitchen makes a huge difference in having the comforts of home. There is a boutique supermarket on Boor St Longos, about a five minute walk from the hotel. Asparagus with hollandaise, veal marinara and a risotto asiago cake ready to warm up for $10.00. The subway at Bloor and Yonge St. is less than a ten minute walk. You couldn't ask for a better location near Yorkville, dept stores and Toronto·s finest shops. My stay could not have been better!

"Nice place "
Nice place, clean room, one complaint is the room has a fridge but it wasn't working. I have stayed here 2 or 3 times and I've never been disappointed. Nice comfy place.

"Good place, super convenient! "
Good place, good staff. Had everything a single guy traveling to Toronto for a few days would need. Pros: Accommodating staff, Clean rooms, Free breakfast, Free coffee all day haha, Street car to subway right in front of the inn, Key card locked doors so secure, Super close to downtown and stores. Cons: My neighbors on the first night were way too loud, to be fair I didn't report the noise so cant complain much. The neighborhood was kinda weird but whatever, overall satisfied.

"Stylish getaway in the West End of Toronto!"
We spent a lovely weekend at the Gladstone. It was our good fortune that we got to experience their 13th annual "Come Up to My Room" art exhibit as part of our stay. The hotel was filled with interesting artwork and bustling with the energy of the artists, curators, and interested patrons the whole weekend. They did a beautiful job of integrating the exhibit into the hotel while still making the overnight guests feel comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here during this annual event or any time of the year. The hotel and area of town are both interesting and lively places to explore.
