"I liked the close proximity of the venue and the Watermark restaurant was amazing. The room was ok poor lighting, did not appreciate the bottled water with warning labels that I'd be charged $5 a bottle if I drank it not being Hilton "member" seemed very unnecessary and unwelcome."

"Aside from noisy door openings closing in halls, and over priced and slow valet its a great hotel with friendly staff and renovated rooms and huge TV’s with excellent TV station selections esp able to find usa station other than CNN! Gym could be a little bigger as 3 people in it makes it a crowd and air circulation not so great"

"Came to surprise our family friend’s son for his 6th birthday. Told the front desk and Karen was very helpful and gave us a room that’s near them and we were able to surprise the birthday boy with ease. Also requested late check out and got an additional hour, which really helps cause our kids wanted to swim before check out. The room was great, only issue we faced was the A/C not going lower than 21deg while the other a/c in the kids room was able to go as low as 18. So it was kind of hot and the wife and I had a hard time sleeping well. Overall our stay was pleasant. Staff was great and kind. Room was clean upon entry. Some suggestions: more ice locations or update the maps, as the one near entrance 4 is no longer there. Ended up going near the coin laundry one which was a hike cause I was in room 127."
