I booked this hotel because breakfast and parking were included, allegedly. However, both of these were extras that required additional payment. The water bottles left in the room were for a $3.00 charge. I had to pay incidentals charge of $75.00 per day. I have never had to pay this before. Hopefully, it was all returned as nothing was used or damaged. Disappointing.

The hotel was filthy, we did not have hot water for all but 1 day of our stay. I was charged late check out despite leaving the hotel at 5am for a flight. Multiple attempts to reach the hotel manager during my stay went unanswered. I have since sent an email and still no response. I would avoid this hotel, all the negative reviews are true.

I was unable to check in at all. When I arrived the concierge told me they no longer had my room available (less than an hour after I booked it in the afternoon), they could not help me, and that I would have to seek reimbursement from hotels.com. I have been trying to contact hotels.com for reimbursement but so far unsuccessfully. Terrible experience.
