Disappointing Silver Reward bonus
They don't have wine boxes to carry your Silver Reward benefit home, so I had to leave it behind because I can't drink a litre by myself. Alternative bonuses should be offered for those who do not drink. Room amenities good, although would prefer a hand-held shower head on a riser rail instead of a fixed shower head since I'm short.

Everyone at the front desk that I had the pleasure of speaking with were all lovely, helpful and courteous! The lobby was neat, tidy and organized! Our room was perfect and felt like our own little studio apartment.

Excellent location
The hotel is located in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything you need. The suite is spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Toronto for business meeting in downtown
