upon check-in , this lady Louis was so bad and she is definitely not a 5- star hotel standard employee .no greeting ,no introduction on hotel amenities, didn'tgive any information around breakfast, didn't ask if we need help with luggage and so much more . this kind of standard should never appear in st regis . very bad expericne and there are plentty of upscale hotels around downtown toronto . guess this is the last time

The hotel and their staff were absolutely amazing. I would go back over and over again. Currently there is a lot of construction in the area and it makes catching an Uber or cab a little more difficult and also getting to the property was confusing because of street openings and closings. None of this is the hotels fault, the city needs better signage for people.

Only thing that made the stay not perfect was the construction around the hotel. It’s not the hotels fault, but it did make access to and from the hotel more difficult
