Living spaces

Gather in the bright living area beside the double-sided gas fireplace, surrounded by large windows that bring in forest views. An L-shaped sofa and cozy reading nook with armchairs offer space to relax, while the balcony provides a quiet spot to breathe in the crisp mountain air.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed for easy meal prep. A breakfast bar with two stools is perfect for morning coffee, and the dining table seats six for shared meals. The adjacent mudroom offers benches, storage, and a boot dryer for convenient winter gear handling.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom on the lower level includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom features a king-split bed and patio access, with a nearby bathroom offering a deep bathtub and shower combination. Upstairs, the third bedroom provides a tri-bunk (double and single) and two beanbag chairs, plus a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Comfort & amenities

Enjoy high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace for remote work, insuite laundry, and heating throughout. After a day on the slopes, soothe tired muscles in the shared hot tub within the complex. Secure underground parking is available for two vehicles, and portable fans are provided for summer stays.

Towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer, dryer, iron, and safe. For peace of mind, the townhouse is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Other Things to Note:

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
