"The room, bathroom, and kitchen are clean. The breakfast selection is quite good, it offers plenty of variety, including convenient "grab and go" options for those in a rush. However, the dining area is quite small; unless you’re willing to wait for a table, you might need to take your meal back to your room. My suite was located directly next to the elevator, and I could hear a squeaky mechanism throughout the night. While I was told there is complimentary laundry on-site, I didn't have the chance to use it. The accommodations is quite dated, but the services are great."

"When I booked on line I specified a room with 2 beds. On check in I asked and it was confirmed - a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. On entering the room it was one bed and a terrible pull out sofa. discussions with management were met with poor reponse - this was the expedia room and we can't do anything. For the 4 days we stayed the room was not cleaned ever. We asked about this at Customer Service 3 times and were told "Oh Yes - we clean every day". It was never cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to request toilet paper, soap and towels. The attitude at Front Desk was Meh - oh well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone which is sad because the location is fine."
