I chose this hotel because of its proximity to St. Michael's Hospital. It was an excellent choice. The hotel itself is well run and great place to stay, both for closeness to the hospital and handy shopping and restaurants. The one thing to consider is that the hotel does not have dedicated parking. We parked at the Eaton Centre, which worked fine but is typical Toronto pricing for parking.

This place kinda bummed me out honestly. The rooms were cute and had some style, but the hallways smelled weird. The staff wasn't friendly (not rude, just not hospitable). The pillows were lumping and made for sleepless nights. Late check-out came with a hefty fee. Sorry for the bummer review. But I was bummed out.

It was freezing in my hotel room it was 19° outside and I turned the thermostat up to 79 as that was the highest that it can go yet it was still freezing. I reached out to the receptionist who told me that they would have the maintenance person. Come check the thermostat out, but I received a call, notifying me that the person had left for the evening, and that I will be moved to another room. That never happened. I was told that I will receive a full refund for my stay. That never happened. The hotel receptionist that checked us in the evening was very dry and the hotel receptionist that I checked out with that was very rude. I have stayed at a lot of hotel properties with Expedia, and this may have been the worst one.

Service is awful. Left the hotel to another hotel for the same amount. Still did not send the invoice on email that I requested and had to call numerous times to send the invoice and still did not receive it.

Unclean
The rooms were not clean. The sheets had stains and even the new sheets had stains. Not to mention they did not clean the room you need to request it the day before. Then when requested they dropped off a new set of stained sheets and left them in the door did nothing else. The room was dusty and there was hairs everywhere.
