Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV with cable, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a walk-in glass shower, deep soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bath, while the third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert to two twins. A den on this level provides a tri-bunk bed suited for kids or additional guests. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A third bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves this floor, and a powder room is conveniently located on the main level.

The deck features a private sunken hot tub and a seasonal BBQ, set among the surrounding evergreens for a peaceful outdoor experience. The entry area includes space for ski gear, and guests have access to a private garage along with additional driveway parking.

Located in the Cedar Ridge complex above the Upper Village, this townhouse sits along the Village Run trail, offering direct ski access that makes coming and going from the mountain seamless. The Benchlands neighborhood provides a quiet, forested setting while keeping you close to Whistler ’s shops, dining, and gondolas. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
