Sleeping arrangements
Up to eight guests can settle comfortably across four distinct sleeping areas. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, cable TV, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, soaking bathtub, and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms sit on the lower level - one with a queen bed and ensuite bath, and another with a king-split bed that can be arranged as two twins. The den features a tri-bunk bed suitable for children or extra guests. A third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves this level, along with a powder room on the main floor.
Outdoor living
Winter feels especially serene on the forest-view deck, where the private hot tub offers a warm retreat after time on the slopes. Space in the entryway helps organize skis and winter gear, and both a private garage and driveway simplify parking throughout the season.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
