The Space:

Soft light spills across the mountains as you start your day in this serene Whistler retreat. The crisp winter air invites you to step onto the balcony for a quiet moment before hitting the slopes, then return to the warmth of the fireplace after a day outdoors. Every detail at Snowbird 100 is designed for comfort and togetherness, making it a welcoming home base for family gatherings or group getaways.



Living spaces

Spread across multiple levels, this townhouse offers two inviting living areas. The main living room features a large sectional centered around a 55" 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Dolby soundbar, ideal for cozy evenings after skiing or snowshoeing. Downstairs, a second lounge with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound creates a separate spot for games or movie nights. Heated floors and an indoor fireplace add warmth throughout, while the open-concept design connects easily to the dining area and kitchen.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and all essentials for home cooking. Enjoy breakfast at the bar, dinner at the table for eight, or grill on the balcony BBQ while admiring the snow-capped views.



Sleeping arrangements

With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, there’s space for up to ten guests. The primary suite includes a king-split bed and ensuite with a glass shower. Another king-split bedroom downstairs features its own ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub. Additional rooms include two with queen beds and one with another king-split, each designed for rest after a day on the slopes.



Outdoor & amenities

Step into the fresh alpine air on the balcony or unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex. The mudroom includes a bench and boot dryer for easy transitions from the mountains to home. Other conveniences include in-suite laundry, high-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and secure parking for two vehicles.

Set in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, Snowbird 100 offers peaceful surroundings with quick access to the ski slopes via nearby trails or the complimentary shuttle. Whistler Village and Lost Lake are close by for cross-country skiing or winter walks among the pines.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Other Things to Note:

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Wonderful property for a group of adults

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is so much to love - dedicated parking right at the unit, great entry that can handle winter sports equipment and then 5 well appointed bedrooms. We are often looking for stays that can accommodate a group of adults and this property is great for this. Would highly recommend.

Stained carpets, locked out, tiny bathrooms

I can not in good faith recommend this property, the bathrooms are so tiny, not really any primary room. Came back to find we were locked out; when calling they said they had the wrong date programmed! Whoops! Dirty carpets are So disgusting! Old bike tires leaning against the wall outside, unit is over the garage entrance, and windows at and below ground level. Will never rent from these people again. We do not trust them.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location - easy to walk to the trail and close to the bus stop too. We really loved this home as it gave everyone their own space and hope to be back in the future! The stove does seem to trip the fuse quite often but the neighbors were friendly and showed us where the circuit breaker was!
