"First of all the curtain were missing the dark shades closest to the window so light passed through the furnitùre need to be updated the recliner was flat and broken and worren. And desk chair flat and no cushion. Needs an upgrade.And the iceachine was broken. They had booked 3 kids hockey teams and they were running from 9pm til 2 am screwing around and making noise. Not very good. Ones books a room months in advance and this crap happens. Not good. The room spelt of musty or closed in. No cup or glasses for water or coffee."

"I was given a room on the 4th floor with an open concept bathroom. It was a spacious, high ceiling room in a great location. I liked how they had free candy and drinks in the lobby, modern interior design, and keyless entry. They also have a sign indicating what kind of items you can borrow or buy from them. Only downside I experienced were thin walls, I unfortunately had loud neighbours one night. I asked reception if anything could be done and they said they’d look into it. They didn’t end up updating me but it suddenly got quiet at one point so I assume they spoke to the guests? Overall, I recommend this hotel."
