"An overall positive experience. staff was quite good, & the voucher for breakfast on the morning of checkout was nice. room would have been cramped for four people, even three in the sleeping area. allowance for a late checkout was subpar"

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto

"I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would change is maybe the location of my room. There wasn’t much to look at where I stayed, and it was my first time. But other than that, the staff was super friendly and helpful and I just enjoyed it overall."
