Location! Location! Location! Fully furnished with a fireplace to help de-stress you. Our unit next door to each other. Great for family gathering. Each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Unit #203 was just updated in June 2020. The condo is located in the center of town where you can walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, dining, coffee houses and the Convention Center. Rented price is per unit. The unit sleeps 6. Unit #203 has 1 Queen and a Full bed with a twin trundle in the second bedroom. There is a queen sleeper in the unit.

The home is located close to parks, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, golfing, bowling, kayaking, and many more.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO BUILDING POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Memorial Day and Labor Day is a minimum 3 night stay.

Son visit

I had time to relax and spend time with my son. The location was across from a busy grocery story if you have forgotten anything. We enjoyed watching the waves at the ocean not far from property. I will warn you about the flight of stairs going up to 2nd floor very steep.

Great center of town get away

Super clean and fully stocked condo in the center of town. Easy check in, we appreciated the extras thar were thought of- movies, gift basket with snacks, beach toys... Only wish i knew it was an upstairs unit ahead of time. Would book again with friends or for a family event.

Great spot close to the beach!

Our little party of 3 really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and super comfortable. We walked to the beach, to a cute little coffee spot and there are restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. It’s a great hub spot for getting around! Would definitely stay again!

Beach weekend in Ocean Shores

This is a very nice 2-bedroom 1-bath condo within walking distance of the center of town. It was a great place for the family to relax in between our outings. Super convenient to have the IGA right across the street for any groceries we needed. Parking and entrance behind the building felt very secure. I'd be happy to rebook here on my next visit to Ocean Shores!

Great place for a weekend getaway

The condo we stayed in was just what we needed for the weekend. Spacious bedrooms, and plenty of space otherwise, as well. Right in the heart of town and easy to get anywhere from there. The owner was very responsive to an issue, and we enjoyed our stay. Be aware that there are two flights of steps to get the unit we stayed in, and the coffeemaker is a Keurig.

Family vacation

Great Location!

Nice place for short stay

Location is very convenient !!! but there is no view on ocean from unit 203 (one of available property images misled me). View is more industrial. I would address the stairs in your description. It was a little bit challenging for elder parents to go up and down.

Work, clamming and relaxation.

Overall was great. 1 minor issue with H2O tank and wet socks but was still very productive. Weather didn't cooperate as we wished but that time of year. Thanks for the use of the property.

Perfect location to all of fun!

This unit is right across from the grocery store and in the heart of downtown. It made it so nice when we were out and about enjoying the day to just run back to the apt. to grab lunch or take a quick break.

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach

Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Only a couple minutes from the beach and all the shopping, food and activities. Nice decor and everything needed to be comfortable. Will definitely be back!
