Parking was very frustrating there’s no clear signs of where to park, and then we realized we get free valet parking with our reservation but the valet personnel was so reluctant to help us. It took us 30 minutes to check in, and it took the house keeping AN HOUR to bring the extra bedsheets for the pullup couch that’s in our room after asking for it 4 times once during check in and the rest on the phone! It was a very frustrating experience when u arrive after 14 hours of plflying and all u wanna do is go to bed but u can’t! For that soul reason i’m giving the hotel 3 stars.
