Beautiful and spacious 4bdr 3 bath house in Acton

Welcome to our beautiful house and hope you will love it as much as we do!
It is located in a neighborhood surrounded by nature yet minutes from West Concord Center, commuter rail to Boston and the express way.

You will be renting the whole house, which has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a playroom in the partially finished basement.
The living room has vaulted ceilings with 2 couches and sitting area. One of the couches has a queen sleeper.
The family room has a very relaxing leather couch and a 50” 4K tv.
We do not have cable, but the WiFi is fast and can get you connected to Netflix or Amazon Prime on the tv.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We also provide coffee, tea, oils and spices.
The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and accommodates 8 people comfortably. The linens and towels are all provided.

The check in time is flexible as I understand it’s hard to predict when you will arrive, checkouts are preferred to be at 12, but if extra time is needed we can definitely accommodate.

We will be available to guests by phone, texting and email. If we are in the vicinity, we would love to meet you!

My family booked this house to be our home base during my wedding weekend. The house itself is beautiful and was a great size to accommodate all my family members. The homeowner was extremely communicative and thorough which led us to having a seamless experience from check in to check out. Family reunion
My family has not been able to get together in some time. We planned a quiet visit in Massachusetts for us all to meet. This home was fantastic in every way. Plenty of space to sit and talk whether it was at the kitchen table or out on the deck in the backyard. We cooked dinner together in the well equipped kitchen and sat talking and laughing for hours at the dining room table. The spacous bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Please note that we attended a wedding this past weekend, and unfortunately some of our family acquired what appears to be a Norovirus. Please clean appropriately. One other comment: Since entrance to the house was through a garage door code, if the inner door to the garage were to become locked we would be locked out.
