Un bel endroit, on ne peut pas être plus proche de la plage et pas loin des commerces tout en ayant le calme, appartement presque identique aux photos. C'est juste dommage que la végétation soit envahissante (pas tellement d'entretien extérieur) sur la terrasse et qu'il n'est pas d'aspirateur pour le sable et de lavette pour nettoyer le sol. L' agence immobilière est bien réactive, nous avons eu un soucis et ils sont intervenus dans la journée. Pas d'emplacement réservé pour la voiture (ouf il y a de la place quand même dans la résidence) ou alors elle n'est pas indiqué et on nous l'a prise!
