There's a restaurant on site. Public spaces have free WiFi. An airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service are available for a fee. A rooftop terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby are also featured at the business-friendly Hotel Maniram Palace. Free self parking is available.
Okay 'budget' hotel with average facilities. Staff do their best to provide good service. We stayed in 1/2 dozen different hotels over 2 1/2 weeks in India. None are up to Western standards, but non were poor either. Important note if you are asking for directions to the hotel - the correct name is "Hotel Mani Ram Palace", not "Hotel Maniram." The locals gave blank stares when we asked for the Maniram.
Certainly not an oasis in the crowded Agra, but a reasonable place to stay. Not quite the cleanest bathrooms, nor the friendliest staff at reception, but the rooms are sizable, if a little gaudy.
The dealing of the staff at reception was very good/ polite. The services were slow(might be due to 100% occupancy of Hotel on that day). Room was clean but bathroom was not good. The food prices on higher side. Overall just OK experience.
