Simple things like iron or hair conditioner not available. Room was in basement with no window. AC was controlled by hotel and room was too hot to sleep. Area is bad, you step out and get harassed by tuk tuk drivers - the staff let people on property to sell services. Going to breakfast you walk through a gift shop where they try to sell you things. Over priced taxi arrangements- staff pocket the cash and dont give receipts. I could go on.
