We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Aime-La-Plagne, this charming studio of a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor, it consists of a pretty 12 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 12 m² with TV, sitting area with a sofa bed, mezzanine a double bed (140*190)
- A kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room and a toilet

The flat is ideally located in Aime, in a very pleasant environment, downtown core. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities:
- Two lakes 5 minutes away by car offering various sporting activities: rafting, tree climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, paddling
- 10 km from the ski resort of Montchavin and Montalbert to get to the ski slopes of la Plagne or les Arcs by gondola 425km of ski slopes (paradiski), free gondola in summer.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the street near the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Aime La Plagne railway station (TGV, Eurostar and Thalys depending on the period) is a 7 minute walk away.
- Chambery airport is 1 hour away by car.

Other remarks :
- You will have access to the cellar of the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels not included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are accepted (-20kgs on request), please specify when booking. For an extra charge of 15€.
