The quiet residential location of this villa will enchant you. You will have a large living room, a fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the pool, 5 beautiful bedrooms, one with a Jacuzzi, as well as a shower upstairs and 2 toilets.

You can park your vehicles safely behind the house. There is a large garden, a large terrace with a shaded area and barbecue. On the property there is a trampoline, table tennis table, badminton rackets and boules game. The highlight is undoubtedly the large pool, where you can refresh yourself at any time.

Visit the cities of Aix en Provence, Marseille and the wonderful beaches, but also Cassis and the streams, hiking trails and breathtaking views! You will stay close to all amenities and 30 minutes from the beaches.
