Quail Run Tiny Guest House offers a small, cozy space where you feel as though you've stepped back into the Old West. It features mountain views, a patio for watching stars or enjoying meals in the open and a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and plan your coming day of exploration. This diminutive guest house sits on its own lot, next door to your hosts, part of a widely scattered rural community giving it a "lone ranger" feel. It is quiet and peaceful except for the cries of the quail, hawks and occasional coyote.
As we planned this house, we kept in mind the needs of the mobility challenged folks. Technically, the home is wheelchair accessible, however the space may be too tight to be comfortable for the average wheelchair user.
**NOTE** The bathroom head clearance is about 6 feet. So if you are a taller person, it will cause you to duck down when using the facilities and shower. But we have a bamboo bench you may use at the vanity or in the shower.
**Please note!** I will consider pets on an individual basis. If I approve your request here is our policy: while you are visiting, your pet may NOT be allowed to stay in the house unattended and when outside, must be on a leash. If after checkout any damage or droppings are discovered around or inside the tiny house, the pet owner will be billed for clean-up, repair or replacement of damaged property. By booking at Quail Run, you agree to the above policy.
