The location is great-situated right at the quiet end of Albury town but still convenient enough to walk to the restaurants and shopping mall. It's one of the more modern-looking hotels in the town. Self check-in and checked-out was a breeze. The room was clean and hot shower has good water pressure. The only thing that I couldn't get used to is the very dim lighting in the room. It was impossible to read comfortably in the room. I guess the hotel, like many others in Albury, is just the half way pit stop for traveller to put up a night while travelling between Melbourne and Sydney.

Staff were friendly, but stay was not what we hoped for. No coffee in our room, fridge not working- staff said only one person on so couldn’t come up and sort these issues out. Bed had no power points next to it- they were over the other side of the room. Nowhere to put soap in bathroom so it just messed up whole sink. Food in restaurant not nice- again the staff were nice, but overall very average stay. We booked two rooms and had hope for quite a bit more for the price.
