Amazing Lake House With All Amenities

4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Lakehouse on Kayuta Lake at the foothills of the Adirondacks. 24 Miles north of I-90 from Exit 31 (Utica). 28 Miles from Old Forge. 34 Miles from Turning Stone Casino. Centrally located for a week of fun. Children welcome. Trained pets are permitted.

Central Air for hot days, tankless hot water so you never run out, sauna, two showers, a steam shower, and a whirlpool tub. Walk down to your own dock and bring your canoe or small boat. Fish away. Stainless steel grill on the back deck. Excellent view from the back deck and there are 61 steps that lead down to the dock and small beach area.

Pictures speak for themselves. WIFI. 65 inch curve TV. You Tube TV for local channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, Showtime apps - but who wants to sit in front of the TV? WIFI to hook to your phone and play all your music. Washer/Dryer. Private road with almost no traffic for biking or walking.

Better rate if rented weekly and property is available during winter months for you snow mobile enthusiasts. Sheets and towels provided with cleaning fee. Up to two pets are allowed. Garage can hold two cars or store your toys for the week.

Great Stay

We had a great week at this home with family. House was clean and had enough room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed swimming across to the island and sitting out on the dock. This was our second stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Mo’s place! First impressions on walking through the door was that it was even bigger than the pictures showed and the view was breathtaking. We were blessed with perfect weather. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Mo was responsive to all messages. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for quiet, water, and a peaceful experience, this house is for you. Even though there are other houses leading into this location, you never hear nor see them. However, go prepared with all your food as the Adirondacks do not have much amenities.

Birthday week.

The setting of the house was wonderful. Beautiful view of the peaceful lake from the deck or from the expansive living room. The area was nicely wooded and quiet with friendly neighbors. We were there during a record breaking heat event and the central air conditioning was more than adequate. The house was clean and well equipped.

A great place to stay tucked away but still close to conveniences. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds. Great deck for boat watching! Enjoyed the chipmunks scurrying around.

As always, everything was perfect. Such a beautiful view of the lake. It was a cold snowy week but the fireplace sure helped keep me warm. If you’re thinking of renting Mo’s house

Great place

The photos of the home were accurate. It was very roomy and nicely furnished. The owner was easy to communicate with. If you’re going in the winter be aware that the house is at the end of long private road which was a bit daunting with the snow.

Lovely home with peaceful surroundings

We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again.

Wonderful place for family and friends time

We had a wonderful time even though it rained for most of it. The owners were very responsive as the temperature changed from summer heat to Fall cool. We had so much fun talking and playing games. Already have some family members interested in renting. Thanks for the memories !

Will definitely be back!

Loved staying here. We came here for a family wedding. The property is lovely! We had a 4yo with us and the dock at the bottom of the stairs was perfect for fishing. The property had everything you’d need (towels, linens, kitchen staples) which makes the sty that much better. Owner super helpful and communicative.

Spectacular Lake House

This stay was our second time in the house and I will be booking it again for next year when we come to town. The kids look forward to staying here each year. They love the dock, the lake, the baby ducks, separate bedrooms, lots of family fun space too! Even though we're on vacation, my wife loves cooking in the full kitchen. If you're looking for a special place to stay with the family, this is your house. Just not during the 2nd full week in August! That's our dates!!! Enjoy your stay, we sure did
