One bedroom apartment with two single beds, if you wish can be made into a double bed. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with bath etc. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machines and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe in the corridor where there is also a safe. The living room is spacious, with a dining table. One sofĂĄ bem for two. The living room has three glass doors open to a balcony facing lawn. The perfect place for dinner later in the day. The apartment also has air conditioning, TV . The apartment on the ground floor, with lawn, in a quiet area. Away from the pool. During the stay you can enjoy the swimming pool, with areas dedicated to children. Or a walk to the beach without having use the car. 10 minutes walk and in the water! The river is a must, lovely boardwalk.

HĂ©bergement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©. Propre avec un mĂ©nage et un changement de literie rĂ©alisĂ© une fois par semaine. Un lit double pour la chambre serait beaucoup plus apprĂ©ciable pour un couple. Mais il Ă©tait bien mentionnĂ© dans la description qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec un lit double.Un acceuil trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  notre arrivĂ©e par Graça.

TrĂšs bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances à Alvor. L'appartement est grand, frais, trÚs propre et le wifi fonctionne trÚs bien. La piscine de la résidence est superbe et le logement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Toutes les commodités nécessaires sont accessibles à pieds, c'est top !

Appartement idéalement situé 300 m des plages, commerces, restaurants, tout confort, copropriété bien entretenue avec une grande piscine propre et "bien fréquentée". Dans ce logement trÚs bien équipé, toutes les piÚces ont une belle surface, on s'y sent bien. Situé en RDC, il dispose d'une terrasse spacieuse bien exposée au soleil et au calme. La propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et arrangeante. C'est un appartement que je conseille fortement.

Estadia maravilhosa! Apartamento muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pé da praia e do centro de Alvor. Condomínio bem cuidado, calmo e com uma ótima piscina. As fotografias correspondem exactamente ao que encontramos. A comunicação com as anfitriãs foi sempre fåcil e de grande simpatia Vamos voltar certamente!!

Birthday celebration

A lovely apartment for a weeks holiday to celebrate a special birthday. Location very central to the village and beach. No need for a car if you only want to stay in Alvor. Occasionally there weren't sufficient sunbeds around the pool but plenty of sun on the grass around the terrace of the apartment.

Great Location!!

Lovely spacious apartment in the center of Alvor, easy walk to both the beach, bars, and restaurant's etc.Great communication from Sarah,answered our messages promptly and was extremely helpful.The apartment is situated in a complex with a lovely outdoor swimming pool, the grounds are all well maintained.The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful vacation!

Everything was excellent! Hosts were very nice. The unit was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Being a corner unit, there was lots of natural light in the living room and dining area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Pleasant six days in Alvor

Pleasant basic apartment, very well situated to enjoy the old town of Alvor, and its many restaurants ,the beach and the promenades on the different board walks, and also convenient to explore the surrounding coastal villages,The equipment in the kitchen was quite satisfactory, the living room comfortable, the shower-bath somewhat tricky, and we did not like the polyester bed sheets.The contact person at the property was very helpful and solved the initial internet problem.

Myself and my Husband stayed for 5 days in the apartment ,my only wish was we should have booked for longer. The apartment is beautiful, big and spacious, home from home all the comforts you need. Fully fitted kitchen, fantastic shower, very comfortable bed and pillows and a fabulous balcony to enjoy. The complex is lovely and very well maintained with a beautiful pool, there is mattresses and an umbrella in the apartment for you to use for the pool. The apartment is in a great location 10 mins stroll to a beautiful beach and 10 mins stroll into town where you will find a huge choice of restaurants each one as good as the next. Grace, Sarah and Alfredo were very helpful and there to answer any questions, they accommodated us with an early check in as we had an early flight. Thank you. Look forward to another stay in the apartment.

Fantastic Apartment in Ideal Location

Loved everything about this really spacious accommodation. There was everything we needed from fully equipped kitchen to a decent hairdryer. Three patio doors from the lounge to the wrap around terrace. Gated complex felt really safe and the pool area is lovely with no fighting for sunbeds. Restaurants and bars are close by and it is only about 10 minutes to the centre of Alvor and to the beach. There is a smart TV but no British channels on it. The patio chairs and table are wooden and it would have been nice to have a more comfy chair to lounge on outside. Other than that, it was perfect and so clean. Would definitely return.

Friends trip to Alvor

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Well equipped with a lovely pool. One minor issue was the fact that the bath sealant needs replacing. Every time the shower was used we had to put towels on the floors to prevent the bathroom flooding. But overall a great apartment.

The apartment is modern,spacious and spotless clean and has everything you need and more. It is also in the best complex in Alvor Vila da Praia with its beautiful gardens and huge pool.
