The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, whilst the second bedroom has use of the communal bathroom equipped with shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and windows with access to the garden.
The kitchen is bright and practical, has an island in the centre, and is equipped with modern appliances such as washing machine, microwave, combined refrigerator, etc. The kitchen gives access to a terrace, overlooking the pool area, where you can enjoy 'al fresco' meals.
The living/dining room has direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool area. The terrace accessed from the living room has a small gate leading to the pool area, an advantage for families with children, as they can enjoy the terrace and 'keep an eye' on them at all times.
The living room has two comfortable sofas, one of them convertible on a sofa bed, providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). There is an additional cost of âŹ5 pppn for additional guests sleeping on the sofa bed. There is also TV with internet, WiFi, A/C and table with six seats.
The condo has a beautiful free form swimming pool, jacuzzi, shower and garden areas.
For large groups or families, we have three more flats in the same complex (Apt. Seacrest, Apt. Seaview, Apt. Sanctuary and Apt. Del Rey), located in neighbouring blocks.
Lagos city walls are only 1,9 km away from the flat (about 4 minutes by car).
You can park there and stroll through the streets of the historic centre and explore the myriad of cobbled streets.
The Boavista golf course is a 3-minute drive away, making this flat ideal for golfers and their families.
We really liked the location- close to the City centre, beaches, and with direct access to the cliffside walks right from your back door. The unit was very clean. The east facing front patio was great for morning coffee while the spacious backyard sitting area was great for the afternoon sun. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture and beds were quite comfortable. We really appreciated the weekly cleaning service that was included. Communication with the property manager was very good.
Unfortunately, contrary to what the listing says, there is no electric clothes dryer and we couldn't get access to the underground parking space because the owner would not provide the remote for the garage door. Be forewarned- you will hear some minor noise from the upstairs tenants- scraping of chairs, voices and such.
On the whole, a very nice unit and we would recommend.
The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The property was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor spaces were comfortable and relaxing, morning sun on the front deck and afternoon sun in the rear. We had a lovely stay.
