To access the villa there is a path which is 116cm wide alongside 16 steps. Parking in front of the villa, around the marina is cobbled. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 83cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and a mixture of lawn and tiles. Around the pool can be narrow in places. The pool itself has step access. Inside, all bedrooms have a door width of 73cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 73cm.
