Well-decorated villa, large garden around the house, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery, a spacious living room with cable TV with international channels, stereo, DVD player, fireplace and even a walkway to keep in shape, brightly lit corridor. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. On the 1st floor, there is 1 bedroom 'en suite' (1 double bed) and balcony.
Swimming pool with sun loungers and barbecue.
Pool heatinh has a cost of 40€/day. Towels and bed linen are provided. The whole house has plenty of light, wifi and alarm. There is parking at the door of the house for several cars without any problem. Cleaning included at the end of the stay.

I would give this villa six stars in all categories, if I could! Communication with property management was easy. They were very accommodating before and upon arrival.The villa is beautiful and immaculately clean. Plenty of towels available for inside and out. All the facilities you could ask for. Great pool and outdoor dining area. Great location, 15 min walk to town, 3 minutes in a uber for a few euros. Will come back again for sure.

Lovely property, matches photos

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it. The photos on the listing are accurate and we had a very relaxing holiday here. The heated pool and sea views off the living room were a lovely treat! The property is about 15 minute walk from the town centre. The pool is heated for a fee upon request and there is a deposit charged just fyi for other guests. There is also a lockable gate between the main floor patio / terraces and the pool, which was great for us as we were travelling with small children (if you were renting and staying in the lower area this wouldn’t be applicable afaik, I rented only the main house). Great place!

Very nice

This is a spacious house that is well located in Carvoeiro ( be sure to check out the wonderful Black Salt restaurant just down the street). Terraces on all three levels provide ample outdoor seating options - the top floor even has a partial view of the ocean (in the distance). Nice quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk into town. Comfortable furnishings, though one of the bed mattresses was so lumpy as to be unusable and we thought the towels were old and worn. Nice yard and pool, though not heated so we weren’t able to swim despite having some pleasant pool weather ( not blaming the house for that, I guess most pools in Portugal are not heated (?) ) Overall a nice house and the host Carla was friendly and helpful ( it was quite chilly when we arrived and she got us a couple of heaters the next day) As usual with these properties ( unfortunately) the kitchen utensils are a mishmash of old and mismatched pieces.

A beautiful and spacious villa

This villa is amazing. As it belongs to a private owner it has many person touches that make you feel right at home (for example, paintings by the owner up the stairs and many stylishly up-cycled pieces of furniture). All that facilities are great and in good order. Its very well positioned for walking into Carvoeiro (as long as you don't mind the uphill - but you can always get a cab). If I being ultra-critical the main things that need seeing to are a few maintenance issues around the property. For example, the BBQ was "functional" and needs a new grill. No biggies though. I thoroughly recommend this villa, especially if you have older kids or a large group. Loved it, will definitely come back again!

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat sehr großzĂŒgige RĂ€umlichkeiten, einen tollen Pool, eine tolle AußenkĂŒche, genĂŒgend Liegen und gut eingerichtete KĂŒche und alles, was man fĂŒr einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ort und Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, in der Umgebung sind einige SupermĂ€rkte und viele wunderschöne StrĂ€nde, Orte und Wanderwege. Also rundum ein wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil.

Loved Portugal

The home was beautiful and immaculately presented.. Grounds and pool were lovely and regularly attended to throughout our stay. Local beach and township very close with great restaurants and lovely cliff walks. Couldn’t fault anything. One small suggestion , needs more coffee cups and larger drinking glasses. Fantastic place. One to return to

We have now had a week to reflect upon a most enjoyable week in Carvoeiro. This property was ideal for the three generations of our family to stay in for the week. Placed in a quiet residential area it is well presented, clean, spacious and airy, with separate areas to suit all ages. Externally the pool and surrounding area was just right for all, with plenty of space and seating/sunbeds. The pool, even in this early part of the year, was well used by the 14 to 20 year olds. The only drawback was the smell of the drains in the family bathroom which we overcame with an air freshener. A property that is well supplied with all you require, especially towels, and one we would be happy to return to on a future occasion.

Well Equipped, Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our recent stay at this villa during the Easter break. There was plenty of space and it was located within walking distance to the town, even for the 4 year old child we had with us. Unfortunately, the weather was very poor whilst we were there and we struggled to get the villa warm enough with just the bedroom heaters and a small electric heater in the living room but obviously this would not be an issue normally, it was just unseasonably cold and wet. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Ideally another oven shelf and better oven gloves could be added, as the current oven glove was very thin and not suitable for lifting hot trays out of the oven. There was a distinct sewerage smell from the downstairs family bathroom which would benefit from being looked at, this may have down to us being at the start of the holiday season where the villa drains hadn't been used much. We cannot fault the communication when booking this stay and we did have one power cut and someone was sent out to fix it immediately. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The house is very spacious with plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 children. Lovely garden and pool!

We had a fantastic stay in a house that provided for all our needs. The pool was clean and big. The barbecue area was great! The property is located in a very quiet area, but within walking distance to the more bustling centre of Cavoeiro. Restaurants and small supermarkets just around the corner. Perfect!
