Enjoy a rural house, with private pool, spectacular views of the sea and the mountains, just 10 km from Alicante, the airport and beaches. The house is very spacious, has a fireplace, also has its own heating and 3 air conditioners. It has free WIFI and satellite TV. The 180 m2 that the house has are distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor as soon as we enter we find the spacious living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom with double bed, the very large and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and a spectacular porch of about 30 m2 with a table for 12 to eat and a table billiard. In the upper part of the house we find 2 very large bedrooms with double beds, 1 of them with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, mountains and city of Alicante. There is also 1 bathroom with bathtub and a living room with TV.
The garden and the private pool can be accessed directly from the porch. The house also has a barbecue and wood oven.
The strong point of the house is its proximity to the main points of interest. 10 km from Alicante, from the airport and also nearby beaches. In the 10 km radius there are many tourist attractions, but at the same time it offers you the luxury of being in the countryside, where you can go hiking, bike routes, there are golf courses nearby and there is also the outlet route of footwear just 5 km.

Le logement dĂ©passait complĂštement nos attentes. Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ© sur les lieux, nous Ă©tions Ă©tonnĂ© de tomber sur une maison avec un extĂ©rieur aussi grand et agrĂ©able. La cuisine extĂ©rieur est un gros plus pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. La piscine, bien qu’un peu petite, mais suffisante pour s’amuser ainsi que se dĂ©tendre. La maison quand Ă  elle, Ă©tait spacieuse et trĂšs pratique avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin (cuisine, jeux, accessoires
) merci pour cet agrĂ©able sĂ©jour et pour votre adaptabilitĂ©. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car toute la famille est tombĂ© amoureuse de cette maison.

Host very nice nothing was to much trouble for her even at 10pm when we found ourselves locked out of the villa. Very clean and comfortable everything you need and more. Plenty of outdoor space with lots of different seating areas. Pool lovely and warm,would definitely return.

This is an amazing place to stay. The villa is clean and comes with everything that you need. The toys and games were a hit with the children. The land is massive and outdoor kitchen lovely with everything you need and a great view. The pool is a great size and warm even though we were there in February. Amazing place to stay.

My wife and I had a great stay at this house. We wanted something quiet and we got exactly that. We met Claudia when someone dropped by to check the heat pump and she is a delightful person. When I booked this trip, I requested that there be no plug in air fresheners. She agreed and later asked if I’m allergic to fabric softener. That was a very nice gesture. We were able to sleep in peace and we were a short drive from Alicante so we could explore the city. We will gladly go back and recommend this house to our friends. Thank you, Claudia!

The house was perfect for everything we wanted. It’s in a beautiful, quiet place with a short drive to wherever we wanted to go. It’s very secure and secluded making us feel very safe there. The house was spacious and the garden was beautiful, with the facilities going above and beyond what we were expecting. Our kids really enjoyed themselves in the pool and with the fantastic selection of toys provided. Claudia and her family were very nice, accommodating, and informative. Huis in zeer rustige omgeving

Prima te doen met veel zon en een zwembad.Inrichting is gedateerd,geen airco in slaapkamers,geen Hollandse tv zenders te ontvangen. Buiten zeer vieze barbeque(dus niet gebruikt) veel last van mieren en wespen. Zeer rustig, maar alles op zeer korte afstand, dus met auto goed te doen.Hebben desondanks toch genoten van deze vakantie.

Helt fantastiskt hus med jÀttestort poolomrÄde . Mycket bÀttre i verkligheten Àn pÄ bilderna . NÀra till allt, men bil behövs för att ta sig runt . Uteköket med den stora grillen var verkligen till nytta ! VÀrden Paola var tillgÀnglig hela tiden . Vi kommer sÀkerligen tillbaka !

Fabulous villa

Great place to stay. Out in the peaceful countryside and only 10 minutes from Alicante and amenities. The big power outage in Spain and Portugal happened whilst we were there and we were very grateful to Claudia as she came to check up on us and made sure we were ok. This villa has everything you need and we would totally recommend it.

Wunderschöne Woche in Alicante

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder zwischen 4 und 10 haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Viele Spielsachen, viel Platz zum Laufen und Spielen und natĂŒrlich der tolle Pool wurden ausgiebig genutzt. Die InnenrĂ€ume sind groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Claudia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sogar dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass das Handy,das ich im Mietwagen vergessen habe, wieder zugeschickt wurde.

Estamos encantados.

Hemos estado con la familia y la casa nos ha encantado. La dueña super amable, la casa perfecta con todo, la piscina tb perfecta y mucho espacio para jugar con los niños. Si volvemos por la zona seguro q repetimos la misma.

Una escapada al lado de la ciudad

Estancia muy cómoda, espacio suficiente para que los niños jugaran, nos sentimos muy a gusto y la propietaria siempre nos atendió enseguida con amabilidad. Por decir algo hay muchas hormigas, cierto es que llamamos y al día siguiente vino un señor a poner solución pero igual aparecieron por toda la casa, esto por ser tikismikis porque la semana la pasamos muy bien.
