The breakfast was good but everything else was lacking. Overall, up the place is not kept up. Weve been staying here for years but this time the furniture was dirty and the elevator was broke. The front desk girl was on the phone with someone trying to figure out how to check people in. I would not recommend this place and will not stay next time in Altus.

* Not a very friendly check-in reception. *The 3rd floor button on the elevator is basically broken (shouldn't have to beat the hell out the button to make it work!) *The room was less than amazing. * And then, the batteries in door card reader failed and we were locked out of our room until maintenance got there! Seriously!?! Here's a thought... train the staff how to change the batteries out in the door card readers. Not that complicated, and would eliminate these type of complaints! DO BETTER!
